The Sharp Edge to Cataclysm
Where We Stand
I interrupt this brief hiatus from my Substack – in which I am focusing on current-event information collection, analysis, expanding my personal knowledge of things becoming quite important, and attempting to finish my Remoralization book – to take a stark look at where we stand right now, today, at this very moment.
Much has changed since my last essay here. In fact, much has changed since my last emergency intel update (here at my Locals page) just days ago. While much mystique remains, much has nonetheless been clarified. In Canada, of all places, we see a glimpse of the future, and it is one that seeks to envelope us in a darkness we have not known. The very fundamental question of whether any of this might be resolved peacefully has been answered: Trudeau has chosen violence.
As I write this, I have just learned that the battlefield is being shaped as a sea – a sea on which the waves will be ridden by digital pirates. These pirates are empowered, and, indeed, compelled by the state with modern Letters of Marque issued against peaceable, polite, and righteous Canadian citizens. These orders compel Canadian institutions to actively patrol these seas for the presence of these innocents – seeking out their connections by whatever degree to the ongoing peaceful protests – to then unleash their digital volleys against them and seize their treasures. These treasures are the very life savings of these decent men and women, and they are now lost to the depths – nothing awaits them but the punishment to be inflicted upon them by those who hate them.
I frame these actions by the Canadian government, and Trudeau in particular, as a form of piracy not merely as a crude device, but because this is, from a legal, and even philosophical perspective, precisely what is occurring. The heinous, dastardly, criminal actions being taken by financial institutions are indeed akin to piracy, and that they are undertaken via a procedural process akin to a Letter of Marque lays out the truth quite plainly, as these are only issued against those with which a government is at war.
The Government of Canada is indeed at war with its own citizens. Not merely a war in name, but a war in practice, and in actions, and in acrimony. Now it very much appears that forces are gathering with which to affect an at-any-cost clearing of our sweet deplorables from the city of Ottawa, and as a whopping two-thirds of the Canadian populace polls as approving of unspecified violence against them. This occurs as regime apparatchiks have threatened the protesters children, and even their dogs, with a thuggish “that’s a nice family you have there, it’d be a shame...”
I noted some time ago that war had been declared, finally. It had begun to move out of the shadows of the entrenched bureaucracy, and into the official language of Executive Orders and law, and into the strategy documents of the Biden regime. The spheres in which this war has been fought have been nearly exclusively in finance, politics, information, and other grey-zone realms. I now write this to declare that we are on the cusp of this conflict entering into the sphere I have previously hoped we might avoid. Ladies and gentlemen, this war is about to go kinetic.
I don’t pretend to have a magic window with which to glimpse the future, but it has become apparent that, as Trudeau has now chosen violence, so will those righteous protesters affect violence in their own defense when the time comes. This is my analysis. They are being pushed into a corner or, as Sun Tzu says, their backs are to a river. They have no cause to expect mercy, and no lives to go back to should they back down now. They are all in. They have no alternative to fighting back, and no cause for failure except sheer cowardice, and these men and women are no cowards. Trudeau has chosen violence. So, too, will our dear protesters. They will because they must.
Then things will happen. These things won’t just happen to them: our northern neighbors. Things like this spread. Things like this open Pandora’s Box. It’s anybody’s guess what happens next, but it will happen to all of us.
