Here, we begin unraveling some of the necessary elements of any proper political warfare analysis. Our first item is a difficult one, as it goes against our base nature as decent Americans. It demands we call a 90% ally by their proper name: enemy.
This is because of the nature of a controlled opposition paradigm. The enemy will infiltrate our camp, wear our colors, fly our flag, and they’ll act like our friend… right up until they don’t. In that moment, when they cross us at just the right time to defeat a critical mission, or to fix our strategy below the threshold of victory, nothing else matters.
Discerning these moments and these betrayals requires some experience and sober-minded assessment. There are plenty of “open-hand” issues on which decent people can differ. Areas where we cannot differ include the nature of American government as republican, the elements of the oath of office, and the necessity of crushing the revolution against the American founding. Elected leaders regularly tip their hands in blowing up efforts to restore America to its glory on behalf of “we the people.” This includes, perhaps, some of your favorites, such as Speaker Johnson, Marjorie Green, and others.
