A Draft List

Here I will present a draft list of grievances against the regime, and welcome constructive input from you all. This will become a part of a larger piece I am drafting - something of modern Declaration of Independence, but with a purpose of justification of the necessary subversion of the federal regime that we must undertake.

These listed items each, individually, represent an act of war by the regime against a peaceable citizenry. Collectively, they are a Casus Belli. They have opened fire on the American people.

Covid

·       Circumvention of US law to fund the laboratory engineering of the Covid-19 virus with the military of an enemy state – the Chinese Communist Party – in Wuhan, China, through private intermediary, EcoHealth Alliance, after having been declined grant funds by the US Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency on the grounds of both unlawful conduct, and extreme inherent danger.

·       Government ownership of the mRNA technology and vaccine patent in contravention of US Constitution thereby creating moral hazards towards the necessitation of the vaccine through development and release of pathogens.

·       Release of mRNA vaccines known to have safety issues without disclosing issues to the public, and actively engaging in psychological warfare operations, engaging “nudge theory,” and direct censorship to craft a public narrative of both safety and necessity around vaccination.

·       The creation, and further judicial upholding, of mandates, public, private, and fascistic partnership for known dangerous and unnecessary vaccines for which the use of aborted fetal tissue was long denied and hidden.

·       Withholding critical information demonstrating high incidence of severe bad outcomes from vaccine, including direct censorship of US citizens, and DoD run psychological operations and information warfare on US soil to the contrary.

·       Enforced livelihood ending, worship-prohibiting “lockdown” home incarceration of innocent, healthy citizens in contravention of all justice, Constitutional law, and unique in American history.

·       Repeatedly renewed such emergency orders surrounding Covid-19 despite no evidence of emergency conditions, and evidence that government interventions and mandates were considerably worse for health than the virus itself.

·       Sent Covid-positive persons into nursing homes with vulnerable populations thereby resulting in massive, preventable death tolls, that must be categorized as, minimally, grossly negligent, if not purposefully homicidal.

·       Empowered police forces far beyond any justification to detain, arrest, and prohibit free movement, free speech, protest, assembly, commerce, and attending ceremonies, funerals, and births.

·       The favoring of major, international corporations over small businesses through orders demanding small business closed, while “allowing” chain stores to remain open, such that a calamitous circumstance of small business failure resulted – ruinous to the lives of countless Americans – while major corporations benefitted exorbitantly.

Green Agenda

·       Unwarranted regulations and prohibitions on agricultural lands, livestock, fertilizers, and so on to such a degree that the American food supply is threatened, and food inflation forces unpleasant choices between eating and other necessities of life.

·       Absurd anti-energy policies that have brought ruin to businesses and industries and threaten to freeze families in their homes this winter as prices skyrocket, and scarcity turns lethal.

·       Evermore regulations and prohibitions surrounding vehicles, and the autonomous freedom of movement, that makes entry-level vehicles unaffordable for many, and threatens existentially the freedom of movement over the immediate horizon with impossible electric mandates, regime-mandated remote “kill switch” feature allowing government to disable vehicles, and constant tracking via various electronic means.

·       The mass subsidization of “green” energy by tax theft and currency debasement.

Forever War

·       The looting of the treasury, and laundering of American wealth through third party nations, to enrich the corrupt political class, and the revolving-door defense industry.

·       The unlawful waging of war in multiple nations for which no declaration of war, treaty obligation, authorization for military force, or imminent threat exists.

·       The establishment of a revolving door and partnership between a standing army and private defense manufacturers that thoroughly corrupts the upper echelons of the officer corps, and perverts incentives towards the arbitrary bombing of persons towards profits.

Surveillance and Censorship

·       Government agencies numbering over a dozen, and nearly one hundred officials, have direct communication lines to affect censorship of US persons on the internet through big tech and social media companies.

·       Enabled the war-on-terror surveillance state to turn inward on American citizens with total effective abolition of fourth Amendment protections, as constant government surveillance of electronic communications was undertaken, and is reasonably assumed as constant, as Americans turn to overseas based technology, virtual private networks, end-to-end encryption, and so on for privacy from the American regime.

·       It is well known that the FBI, and other federal agencies (including the Postal Service), routinely access, scan, and/or store the contents of every electronic message sent – nothing is private, nobody is secure in their person, papers, or effects.

·       Government has allowed for the monopolization and cartelization of technology and media companies, perhaps most clear in the case of the social media platform Parler, who was first kicked off the app stores of Apple and Google, and when that wasn’t adequate to quash them Amazon Web Services kicked them off their servers entirely. More recently, Trump’s platform, Truth Social, was likewise banned from the Google and Apple app stores, and the US patent office denied the application for the business name.

Monetary

·       Central Bank Digital Currency is soon to be introduced as a totalitarian control mechanism whereby government will seize absolute control over all buying, selling, and saving.

·       The wonton printing of currency and debasement thereof renders the average American a pauper in this post-Covid dystopia – unable to raise a respectable family without government funding provided by theft and further debasement of both the currency, and the man.

·       The gradual introduction of a social credit scheme wherein all Americans are to be adjudged for their fealty to the regime and their piety towards official state dogma, with an obvious eye towards the arbitrary control and destruction of such citizens insufficiently tallied.

Criminal Justice

·       The right to a jury trial by one’s peers is now moot for political prisoners, who are forced to undergo trial in locales friendly to the regime.

·       The euphemistic “restorative justice” policies that make mockeries of true justice, revictimize the victims, and murderously disrupt the common peace and security of Americans pursued broadly in Progressive jurisdictions threatens total social collapse to dystopic nightmare.

Second Amendment

·       Repeated attempts to criminalize decent Americans by making their preferred armaments illegal, and thereby infringed upon, in what must be viewed as prima facie evidence the regime has murderous, arbitrary intent towards the citizenry.

·       The criminalization, pursuit of, and chilling of the right to self-militia as an American citizen in organizing, training, and equipping as necessary to defend ones home, community, and State.

·       Circumventing the Constitution through working partnerships with NGOs, and the ESG financial cartel, to make it a practical impossibility to purchase firearms related items in the near future, as they are categorized, tracked, and declined as a part of a social credit regime.

Education

·       The indoctrination, sexualization, and grooming of children into a Marxist worldview as revolutionary political activists.

·       The building out of personality profiles, and collection of data on students to enable AI driven algorithmic psychological warfare designed to shift ideology and elicit regime desired behaviors.

·       The grooming of children into “non-binary,” or “queer” identities that puts them on a path to regime-approved bodily mutation, and establishes official cause of action against parents who resist towards state seizure of children.

·       The funding of American colleges and universities as asymmetric warfare centers through government loan and grant schemes that immunize them against market forces that would have otherwise made the destabilization of society by these entities impossible, and made the creation of their elite Marxist cadre very unlikely.

Welfare State

·       The purposed abolition of the family unit, and removal of the necessity of the father, by direct government subsidies of some populations at the expense of others.

·       The theft at threatened gunpoint of livelihood of many to give to others in order to establish a permanent dependent class and political bloc.

Taxation

·       The levying of such excess taxation of a significant portion of the populace that it amounts to something akin to indentured servitude – directly impacting the ability of many to marry, to raise a family, and contributing towards concerns of declining population – while directly providing much of this stolen wealth to others in direct funding or other “entitlements,” in what amounts to the greatest extortion racket in history, and marking the federal regime as among the largest criminal organizations in history.

Targeting of Dissidents

·       The permanent coup-turned-criminal investigation of former President Donald Trump, wherein repeated attempts were made to remove the President based on intelligence community, nongovernmental organization, and Democrat National Committee fabricated narratives, and the joint chief’s coordination with the enemy nation of China to remove war powers from President Trump, demonstrates the total regime resistance to legitimate conservative political power, and the unreasonable expectation of reform from within the regime.

·       The FBI has taken a tact of forming its own terrorist/insurgent cells, first, to entrap innocent persons into criminal activity they otherwise would have had no part in, and second, to create politically advantageous news as critical times to shift election outcomes.

·       The bureaucratic undermining of conservative political power at all levels, resisting the just will of the people through elected representatives, criminal targeting of opposition politicians at all levels, punishment by process, and illegal, incessant leaking of selective information to “the press.”

·       The weaponization of the intelligence community as a paramilitary apparatus of the Democrat party and Globalist American Empire to punish dissidents, targeting for bogus criminal investigations, illegal leaking, official designation as enemies of the state (“DVE,” “MAGA,” “extremist”), placing them on lists designating them enemies of the state, restricting their travel, their speech, and their right to keep and bear arms.

·       The creation of an American gulag in the District of Columbia wherein a new jail specifically for regime enemies was opened, where reports of abuse and torture abound, where years of pre-trial detention is normalized, and wherein none can expect a trial by a jury of their peers, but rather one by regime apparatchiks and devout enemies.

·       The creation of a fascistic public-private regime wherein official government power is exercised through private means against American citizens in censorship online, deplatforming in media, debanking of financial institutions, removing credit access, disemploying through threatening employers, slandering, and leaking private information.

·       The whipping up of public sentiment towards mob actions threatening the lives of those the regime deems enemies with language painting dissidents as an existential, singular threat to the nation, and their very lives, and a revolving door between the weaponized intelligence community and major media that sees fascistic cooperation in creating an echo chamber of ever-greater psychosis driving susceptible citizens to both catastrophic actions, and daily, customary hate and humiliation against us.

Faith

·       The establishment of a Progressive State-Church of Dialectical Scientism, forced fealty to dogma, and mandatory violation of individually held religious precepts against gender ideology, bodily autonomy and medical experimentation, compelled speech, prohibited speech, and restrictions on worship.

·       The automatic deduction of outrageous excessive income and other taxes thereby causing faithful Christians to violate scriptural command of tithing first ten percent of income.

·       The targeting and indoctrination of our children via state agents in government schools into the Progressive, Historicist faith of criticism of the very natural conditions of our existence towards perpetual revolution – social, economic, sexual, alchemical, and dialectical – thereby fashioning our children into incompetent activists and severing those bonds of affection between kin.

·       The incessant attacks from all levels of state and regime apparatus on the public living out of one’s faith, and the attendant necessity of discerning, and discriminating in ones associations.

Official Corruption

·       The stealing of elections via manipulation in censorship, intelligence operations, psychological operations, digital and physical manipulation of votes, data driven favoritism of locales, repeal and activist judicial striking down of anti-fraud measures, enactment of unconstitutional and illegal measures such as universal mail voting, and the refusal to enforce anti-fraud laws thereby minimizing deterrence.

·       The trading of stocks by elected public servants with insider information such that they have become wealthy beyond any reason, and in so doing created a major moral hazard in which regulations have become aimed not at the common good, but at the bottom line for those legislators seeking greater wealth and power, leading further to the regulatory capture of industries, effective monopolization, fascistic public-private partnerships, and cartels all wielding power over the American citizen.

·       The FBI undertook an influence operation over Facebook, and other media and tech companies, to censor the very real scandal that was the Hunter Biden laptop debacle – to include information directly implicating the now President in treasonous activities with foreign nations, and contributing to his sons sex trafficking of minors.

National Sovereignty

·       The circumstances at the southern border cannot be described except as an invasion, act of international war by various nation state parties, and, as assisted in alliance with the federal regime, nongovernmental organizations, the Democrat party, and segments of the Republican party cannot be described but as an act of war against the American people, and a revolutionary act against the nation state.

·       The ceding of more and more national sovereignty to supernational organizations, most notably to the United Nations, without treaty authority amounts to a revolutionary act against the nation state of America, and an act against the self-determination and God-given rights of the American people.
