An Act to Preserve the Innocence of Children

Dear readers, I write to bring you another installation in the Praxis series – to bring concrete activism and political warfare to bear against the zeitgeist, and prevailing demonic winds.

Recently, the phenomenon of drag queens has been a hot topic. They are, of late, being found in all manner of places from coffee shops to libraries, from schools to bars, but what they are up to remains the same regardless of where they are located: the purposed, considered, and damnable destruction of the innocence of children.

This is not mere speculation. The academic literature from Queer theory, and Gender theory dating back to the 90’s talks about the unique qualities of drag as being several: queer (read: deconstructive of normativity [read: Marxian Praxis against the bourgeois property of normalcy]), inherently sexual (or, as they may prefer to say, “perverted”), and highly resistant to being coopted by corporate interest (becoming normative), and therefore uniquely suited as a “playful” mechanism to coopt children’s minds to identity Marxism while promoting the sexual Liberation of minors. You see, it is the view of these LGBLT Communists that society acts purposely to sexualize children as cis-hetero, and this, you see, is oppressive, so they must actively subvert this by actively sexualizing them queer.

We must actively resist this. We must punish the transgression as the significantly harmful act that it is. The sexualization of children is an abomination. We must make it too painful for these degenerates to continue to undertake this campaign against decency.

The Bill

It shall be a misdemeanor punishable by not less than 7 days imprisonment, nor more than 90 days imprisonment, for a “drag queen” or “drag king” performer to expose a minor purposely and knowingly to such a performance live and in person, regardless of the specific nature of such performance, or the specific terminology used to describe or advertise such performance, including but not limited to performances consisting of reading, dancing, or singing.

It shall be a misdemeanor punishable by not less than 90 days imprisonment, nor more than 6 months imprisonment, for a “drag queen” or “drag king” performer to purposely and knowingly come into physical contact with a minor during a drag performance, to include the solicitation of tips by inserting money into clothing, regardless of the specific nature of such performance, or the specific terminology used to describe or advertise such performance, including but not limited to performances consisting of reading, dancing, or singing.

It shall be a felony punishable by not less than 3 years imprisonment, for a “drag queen” or “drag king” performer to expose a minor purposely and knowingly to such a performance live and in person in which the performers genitals, breasts, or buttocks are exposed, at any point and for any length of time, regardless of the specific nature of such performance, or the specific terminology used to describe or advertise such performance, including but not limited to performances consisting of reading, dancing, or singing.

The State of New Hampshire, or any political subdivision thereof, shall not sponsor, invite, nor fund any drag performance, nor shall it allow any such performance to take place on any property owned by it, nor subdivision of it. An employee of the State of New Hampshire, or any political subdivision thereof, who organizes, hosts, or invites such a performance in violation of this section employment is terminated forthwith, as well as being subject to the same criminal penalties eligible or assessed to the drag performer as outlined in this bill.
