Against Child Butchery
An Act to Outlaw the Destruction, Mutilation or Removal of the Sex Organs of Minors
Welcome to another addition in the Praxis Series here at A Path Through. This represents, first, an explanation as to what the problem is, and second, draft legislation meant to be forwarded at any possible level – probably the state is best – in order to put rubber in contact with road. This is where we do our work. It also happens that today’s installment is designed to protect children from the physically disastrous abuses of the cult of gender ideology.
It seems to continue to fly under the radar for normies that there are thousands, and probably tens of thousands, of minors having their sexual organs surgically removed, mutilated, chemically destroyed, and their natural, normative development through puberty suppressed – resulting in permanent consequences including sterility – due to our terrible decision to treat a mental health bodily identity disorder (gender dysphoria) as a physical condition wherein it is the body to be treated as in error as opposed to the mind.
This circumstance has been dramatically worsened by the phenomena of social contagion wherein peer groups of young (mostly girls) children and teens are known to identify as “trans” at rates exceeding 50% commonly, and sometimes approaching 100%. This is clearly not a natural phenomenon wherein rates of gender dysphoria have naturally exploded by several orders of magnitude, but the result of the creation of an incentive structure wherein young, vulnerable (mostly female) children and teens are able to escape their supposed “privilege” of “whiteness,” or other such nonsense, by adopting a “queer” identity.
This has led to the rise of the modern “gender clinic,” where the mentally disordered can go to become physically disfigured through “affirmation” or “confirmation” surgeries, wherein licensed surgeons remove healthy, functional tissue of sex organs, castrate males and invert their penis into a permanent wound cavity with no functional female capacity, or remove tissue from the body, such as thigh, of women to craft a fleshy look-a-like to a penis to attach surgically. Viewing these procedures from a realist lens lends to the understanding that these actions are on par with history’s greatest medical abominations and experimentations.
Another item on the menu at the modern “gender clinic” is hormone therapy and “puberty blockers,” which might be more aptly named chemical castration. As the name implies, they “block,” or prevent puberty from occurring. Obviously, the target audience for these procedures and medications are children. They will oft repeat the lie that they merely “pause” puberty. The reality is these medications cause permanent sexual disfunction, stunted development of organs, and, often, total and permanent sterility. Children are being robbed of their ability to ever have meaningful adult sexual relationships and families. This is criminal behavior, and the law should reflect that.
Please, feel free to utilize the below text to take to your state legislators.
The Text (updated 22OCT2022)
A person is guilty of a felony punishable by not less than 20 years imprisonment if he or she, in his or her capacity as a healthcare provider, provides or prescribes medication to, or performs any procedure on a minor under eighteen years of age to remove, in whole or in part, or to mutilate, invert, or to destroy biologically healthy and dimorphically appropriate sex organs, to include the entirety of the reproductive systems and breast tissue, or to fashion and attach cross-sex analogues, whether synthetic or fashioned from living tissue, to include procedures commonly known as “affirming,” or “confirming,” or provides or prescribes medications to a minor to prohibit, pause, interrupt, or otherwise stop normative sexual development through puberty, or to cause the development of cross-sex physiological or anatomical development.
Nothing in this law shall be construed to prohibit religious practices that affect primarily dermal tissue without significant effect to normative sexual function or sensation, or to prohibit the correction of dimorphically anomylous genetic expressions such as hermaphroditic or intersex abnormal conditions.
What a bunch of twisted people who want to do this to children or have it done to themselves.
